Superior accuracy and industry leading ballistic design has been achieved with the ELD Match bullet. An optimum secant ogive and boattail design along with the Heat Shield tip produce a bullet with the highest possible ballistic coefficient in its class.
The Heat Shield® tip is immune to the effects of aerodynamic heating and retains its shape to provide a perfect meplat (tip) that is always the same shape. The patented DVRT™ (Drag Variability Reduction Technology) increases bullet drag uniformity for less dispersion and smaller groups at longer ranges.
Along with the Heat Shield® tip, the streamlined secant ogive with optimum boattail design and highly concentric AMP® bullet jackets combine for remarkable accuracy and best‑in‑class BCs.
ELD® Match bullet BCs are measured and verified by Doppler radar and corrected to standard atmospheric conditions.
ELD® Match bullets feature a precision swaged lead core, which provides consistent uniformity and contributes to the bullet’s aerodynamics and accuracy, even at extended ranges.
